5 Juicing Recipes for Healthy Skin
Juicing is the process of extracting the juice from fruits and vegetables. Some people juice for weight loss or to detox / cleanse their body.
Other juicing benefits include improved immune function, heightened energy, and improved memory to name a few.
Remember- when it comes to healthy skin, you are what you eat.
So you probably won’t be shocked to learn that juicing can help improve your complexion, brighten your skin, and strengthen your hair.
